What You'll Be Doing
- Leads a team of Solutions Architects to design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that align with business goals
- Ensures technical solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements and are aligned with the company’s enterprise architecture and technology strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural designs
- Oversee architectural governance and provide sign-offs for key architectural decisions
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to support continuous improvement and innovation
Minimum Qualifications
What You'll Need
- Strong proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks
- Deep understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, database architecture, network, and system integration
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, systems design, or enterprise architecture
- 2+ years in a managerial or team leadership role overseeing technical teams
