Product Manager  

Product Planning

Develops and executes short-, medium-, and long-term marketing plans by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, setting product strategies, and supporting business growth objectives.

Implementation and Control

Ensures timely execution of marketing programs and promotional activities within approved budgets while monitoring effectiveness and business results.

Coordination

Coordinates and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align activities, drive execution, and achieve product and business objectives.

Monitoring

Monitors product performance, market conditions, and competitor activities; evaluates results and recommends improvements or adjustments to strategies as needed.

Other Responsibilities

Handles strategic projects assigned by management and maintains updated knowledge of products, market trends, and competitive developments.

Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance

Ensures compliance with QMS standards, timely completion of corrective actions, and continuous improvement of department processes to maintain quality and operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, a related field.

At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience

Experience in managing product lifecycle from planning, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

Strong understanding of market research, customer insights, and business analysis.

Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
