1. Events Coordination
- Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities
 - Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and organizing requirements; establishing contracts; developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists; preparing post-event reports; building partnership and sponsorships to ensure event success
 
2. Implementation & Adherence to Sales and Marketing Plans & Strategies
- Market Research
 - Publication - Planning, preparation and management of all publicity materials to maximize brand promotions
 - Lead Generation - generate leads using a variety of sources, marketing tools and techniques which include but not limited to: doing cold calls, attending networking events, handling marketing events and meeting with suppliers and customers
 - Product promotions and advertising
 
3. Handling Inbound Inquiries - attend to inbound inquiries generated from marketing efforts and third-party sources
4. Customer and Inter-Departmental Coordination - coordinate with employees, suppliers, buyers and other business partners. This includes checking of product availability, updating of product prices, requesting for documents, arranging meetings and develops/controls solutions to customer concerns by establishing specifications and coordination inter-departmentally
Minimum Qualifications
- Creative and innovative thinker
 - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
 - Professional business presence and acumen
 - Committed to customer service
 - Highly detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
 - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
 - Basic knowledge in graphics arts software (Adobe, Wordpress) and HTML for website applications or willingness to learn.
