Marketing Coordinator  

1. Events Coordination

• Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities
• Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and organizing requirements; establishing contracts; developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists; preparing post-event reports; building partnership and sponsorships to ensure event success​​​​​

2. Implementation & Adherence to Sales and Marketing Plans & Strategies

• Market Research
• Publication - Planning, preparation and management of all publicity materials to maximize brand promotions
• Lead Generation - generate leads using a variety of sources, marketing tools and techniques which include but not limited to: doing cold calls, attending networking events, handling marketing events and meeting with suppliers and customers
• Product promotions and advertising

3. Handling Inbound Inquiries - attend to inbound inquiries generated from marketing efforts and third-party sources

4. Customer and Inter-Departmental Coordination - coordinate with employees, suppliers, buyers and other business partners. This includes checking of product availability, updating of product prices, requesting for documents, arranging meetings and develops/controls solutions to customer concerns by establishing specifications and coordination inter-departmentally
