- Betanggung jawab terhadap pembelian barang sampai dengan barang diterima klien dengan baik (dan negosiasi jika diperlukan)
- Membantu tim PE mempersiapkan dokumen material approval & draft PO
- Membuat dokumen administrasi proyek: Berita Acara Serah Terima, Approval progress, checklist project, weekly progress
- Membantu tim BD mempersiapkan dokumen keperluan tender
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 dari segala jurusan (teknik sipil, arsitektur atau interior designer menjadi nilai plus)
- Memiliki pengalaman procurement
- Menguasai Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
- Detail dan dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
- Dapat bekerja erat dengan tim Project Engineer, Business Development, dan vendor untuk memastikan seluruh kebutuhan material proyek komersial terpenuhi tepat waktu
