The Customer Service Advisor role is a good starting point to discover a career in Decathlon. We are looking for energetic sports enthusiasts who wish to turn their passion into a career. You will be at the center of our obsession in the company: a Satisfied or Satisfied customer experience! This is a part-time or a full time position with the following roles and responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and build their loyalty so that they will come back! Be present at the store’s entrance and have a helpful attitude. Interact with customers; Smile, hello! And identify what their needs are. Offer everything from your store's customer service policy: returns, financing, workshop, hire, etc.
- Manage online orders to create a unique user experience from the store. Give customers the best possible collection experience, ensuring that all of the fundamentals of customer relations are applied: greet them, be friendly and helpful, identify any needs, etc.
- Assist your customers by giving them an exceptional payment experience. Take an active role on the last mile of our members’ store journey, by being attentive and available, ensuring a pleasant checkout experience! Be the expert on our different payment solutions and our unique self-checkout systems.
Guided by our mission and purpose, you will be making daily customer service decisions that can turn a customer into a Decathlon lifetime member!
