As a Sport Leader, your responsibility will be to make your sport accessible within your community by sharing the benefits of your sport with your customers and users. This is a full-time role with the following responsibilities:

• Sales and Operations – Help our customers with their sports journey through visual merchandising, store layouts, and store campaigns that highlight the full breadth of your products and services.
• Customer Satisfaction – Ensure the satisfaction of your customers and build loyalty across all channels by establishing relationships and creating the best experience for them.
• Merchandising – Show your creativity in attracting fellow sport lovers! Grow your business with promotions, events, and partnerships that move people through sport.

Your mission will be to make your sport accessible in your community by sharing the benefits and joys of sport with your customers and users. You are responsible for ensuring that your products are available for purchase, and make decisions on your layout plans, products, and services that Decathlon has to offer, all while creating the best experiences for your customers. In short, you get to be both an entrepreneur and sports lover on the job!
