Accountant  

Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and revenue recognition related to engineering and consulting projects.

Coordinate with project managers to track project expenditures and ensure accurate cost allocation.

Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws, including VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and statutory filings.

Prepare and submit tax returns, payroll-related filings, and government reports (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Support cash flow management, forecasting, and budget preparation.

Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accurate documentation and filing.

Coordinate with headquarters and other regional offices as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA license is preferred but not mandatory.
