Key Responsibilities

In order to excel in this role, you will need to possess a diverse set of skills and qualities, which include:

• Draft, adapt, and refine written materials and content deliverables to support client campaigns and new business pitches, ensuring they meet strategic and business goals
• Follow and strictly apply brand tone-of-voice guidelines, cascade core campaign messaging across various formats, and support the senior copywriters and graphic designers across the company
• Work on a broad range of digital projects while taking art direction and guidance from your partner Copywriter and Senior Creatives
• Research, review, and recommend suitable messaging angles, reference materials, and innovative copy solutions to support all incoming and ongoing client projects
• Ensure flawless copy cascades of existing master messaging into multiple digital platforms and character limits within a short, quick turnaround time
• Keep the supervising Copywriter, Senior Creatives, and management in the loop and effectively escalate roadblocks should it arise in any of your projects.
• Maintain meticulous file/version naming conventions, version control, and organized folder structures so designers, copywriters, and developers can seamlessly access and understand your files.
• Conduct thorough proofing checks on your own work (verifying spelling, grammar, character limits, and brand tone compliance) before submitting to the Senior Copywriter or Creative Group Head for review
• Efficiently adapt and trim master campaign copy across dozens of required digital placements (e.g., social media captions, display ad headlines, email body text) without losing the impact or intent of the original message

*The company operates in a hybrid setup wherein majority of the work is done from home. However, Company/Client Meetings and Events are mostly done within Metro Manila which the selected applicant will be required to attend.

Key Qualities We Look For

• 1-2 years of working experience (Fresh Graduates who took up relevant fields of study are still welcome to apply)
• A sharp ear for brand voice and a meticulous eye for grammar, tone, and syntax
• An understanding and respect for the importance of brand voice consistency and verbal identity systems
• A fundamental understanding of digital writing best practices, including platform-specific character limits, web readability, and basic GEO/SEO principles
• A solid writing portfolio that showcases your ability to adapt core messaging intuitively across different formats, from website copy to punchy social media captions
• A self-starter with an appetite for taking risks who can also take feedback and work well with a diverse team of stakeholders
• A strong sense of commitment and dedication to the craft
• The ability to stay calm and focused while managing multiple work streams
• A true, approachable collaborator who leaves her/his ego at the door
• Strong self motivation to improve each week and achieve outstanding results
• A high tolerance for execution-heavy tasks and the ability to maintain pinpoint accuracy during repetitive resizing, formatting, and file-prep work.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current social media dimension specs, character count limits, and digital media best practices.
• Proven ability to accurately estimate production timelines for batch tasks and communicate those estimates effectively to project managers and senior creatives.
