Job Title: DSAT - Testing Co-Ordinator
Location: Quezon City, Philippines (Onsite)

Job Summary:
The Quality Triage Team facilitates the process of enhancing the result quality and user experience of Bing Search, thereby increasing user satisfaction. This role involves analyzing scrapped pages, providing feedback through the UHRS/HitApp platform based on human judgment, testing user-facing functionalities, and triaging issues reported by crowd judges. The team ensures the accuracy and relevance of data, logging bugs in Azure DevOps, and creating test scenarios to improve overall product performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze scrapped pages of Bing Search and submit feedback based on human judgment using the UHRS/HitApp platform.
- Test user-facing functionalities to identify regressions in user experience.
- Triage issues reported by crowd judges, ensuring accurate logging and assignment to appropriate teams.
- Log bugs identified during testing and judgments in Azure DevOps, monitoring their resolution.
- Create and review test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of potential issues.
- Review system-discovered bugs identified through external DSAT channels, internal feedback, and third-party vendor judgments.
- Judge tasks in multiple languages and in English, maintaining proficiency in corresponding languages.
- Update and maintain guidelines for task execution and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on issue fixes and ensure they meet triage rules and user expectations.
- Analyze user feedback and distribute actionable insights to responsible teams for resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, content moderation, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of multiple languages, with proficiency in English and [list relevant languages as per the job posting].
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar bug tracking systems is a plus.
- Experience with UHRS/HitApp or similar crowdsourcing platforms preferred.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and user experience principles is advantageous.
