- Lead the technical planning, deployment, and data migration of enterprise customers to Google Workspace.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for migrations from Microsoft 365, Exchange, and other legacy systems.
- Diagnose and resolve migration and deployment issues through effective troubleshooting and analysis.
- Develop a deep understanding of Google Workspace technologies and migration tools to address customer-reported challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales) and customer stakeholders to remove technical obstacles.
- Support customers with technical configurations, including domain setup, user provisioning, mail routing, and security settings.
- Continuously enhance knowledge across other Google product areas (e.g., Chrome Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, and others).
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and collaboration tools.
- Experience managing Google Workspace Admin Console configurations.
- Understanding of identity management concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user training is highly preferred.
