Service Sales Engineer (CCAC)  

The Service Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling HVAC service solutions, including preventive maintenance contracts, retrofits, equipment upgrades, and repair services. The role requires a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

The identified candidate is to identify and pursue new service opportunities with both existing and potential clients, promoting and selling service contracts such as annual maintenance contracts, preventive maintenance packages, and emergency repair services. This is expected to provide technical solutions and proposals for system upgrades, equipment replacements, and retrofits based on thorough site inspections and client needs assessments.

In addition to sales activities, the Service Sales Engineer plays a vital role in maintaining and strengthening relationships acting as a key liaison between the company and the client, the engineer addresses inquiries, handles objections, and ensures overall customer satisfaction post-sale.

The role also involves close coordination with service technicians and engineers to ensure timely and accurate execution of service commitments. This includes assisting in the planning and scheduling of service activities and supporting the team in resolving complex HVAC issues when needed.

Regular submission of sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management ensures transparency and supports strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Engineer (preferred but not required) with minimum of 2–5 years of experience in HVAC service sales or related technical sales.
• Applicants must be open working on field and amenable to report in Alabang Office.
