R&D Engineer  

We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our R&D Team. This role is designed for early-career engineers who want to build expertise in product design, development, and engineering processes within a manufacturing environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end product development, from design and prototyping to testing and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Engineering Support

Prepare and review engineering drawings and specifications using 3D design software

Support development of new products and enhancement of existing designs

Assist in preparing BOMs (Bill of Materials), engineering documents, and product specifications

Design & Prototyping

Build, modify, and prepare prototype samples based on engineering requirements

Support product testing, validation, and qualification activities

R&D Operations & Process Improvement

Support document control, drawing management, and change management

Assist in laboratory scheduling and engineering test activities

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma projects)

Technical Support & Innovation

Provide technical support to internal stakeholders

Assist in research and integration of new technologies

Support development of electrical/electronic controls and testing processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience

Strong foundation in engineering design and 3D modeling

Knowledge of design tools (e.g., CREO or similar software) is an advantage

Good communication skills in English and Filipino
