- Process and manage sales orders accurately, ensuring timely order entry, verification, and fulfillment.
- Oversee the SRA (Sales Return Authorization) process, including documentation, validation, and coordination with internal teams for approval and execution.
- Handle purchase requests mainly for Security Solutions and other internal request of the company.
- Work closely with the logistics teams to ensure smooth transaction processing, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including contract preparation, proforma invoice, and customer communication.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not always required)
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a related administrative role (but fresh graduates may be considered)
- Proficiency in SAP for sales order management, purchase requests, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with sales order processing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (sales, finance, logistics, procurement).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solving ability to resolve order discrepancies or processing issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to changes in sales processes.
