Job Summary
The Multimedia Content Lead is responsible for planning, producing, and managing high-quality multimedia content that supports the organization’s communication, marketing, and branding initiatives. This role leads the multimedia production process from concept to distribution and oversees a team of designers, editors, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of engaging visual content across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a multimedia content strategy aligned with organizational and marketing goals.
- Identify content opportunities and trends across digital platforms including websites, social media, email, and online campaigns.
- Plan multimedia projects, campaigns, and content calendars.
Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end multimedia production workflow including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
Content Optimization and Performance
- Ensure multimedia content is optimized for different platforms and formats.
- Analyze content performance using digital analytics and engagement metrics.
- Recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
Quality Control and Brand Consistency
- Maintain visual consistency across all multimedia outputs.
- Review and approve final multimedia content before publication or distribution.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, Film Production, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multimedia production, digital media, or content creation.

Demonstrated experience leading creative teams or managing multimedia projects.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in multimedia production tools (video editing, graphic design, animation).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

CAMEL Appliances Manufacturing Corporation is one of the leading manufacturers of household appliances in the Philippines. Incorporated on August 15, 1991, CAMEL was initially engaged in the design and manufacturing of electric fans. In Year 2000, CAMEL was presented with the National Consumers Quality Award for the “Most Outstanding Appliance Brand”. In that same year, the company also received the award for being the “Best Appliance Brand” from the 18th Annual People’s Choice Award. In Year 2004, CAMEL was heralded as the “Most Outstanding Appliances Brand” by the Consumer League of the Philippines Foundation, Inc. In Year 2005, CAMEL received four different industry awards, one of which was the Asia-Pacific Excellence Award (APEA) for the Most Outstanding Kitchen and Home Appliances Brand. From Year 2010 to 2012 CAMEL bagged Global Brand’s “Most Outstanding Appliance Brand”. In Year 2012, CAMEL received the “Best Household Washing Machine Brand” for the fifth year in a row and the Silver Seal for “Best Electric Fan Brand” from Consumers League of the Philippines Foundation.
Today, CAMEL Appliances has earned its spot as one of the top corporations in the Philippines and has been accorded with various awards for twelve consecutive years.
