Job Description
What excites you about the role:
- Responsible for determining customers’ and business needs, and distilling them into user requirements and stories;
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes; scope and prioritize product features based on business and customer impact;
- Lead the research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, and trends to fill gaps to improve customer experience, drive growth and improve conversion;
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new product features and enhancements;
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Minimum Qualifications
What excites us about you:
- Passion for product management: You have 2+ years working experience as a Product Manager, or Associate Product Manager, and are familiar with agile methodologies
- Customer-centered product discovery: You have worked with product designers on product discovery efforts and feature building
- Familiarity with analytical tools and quantitative methods: You are familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, SQL, and can analyze data and statistics
- Curious and action-oriented: You take initiative in expressing your ideas and thoughts, and are curious about how to drive continuous improvement of our products
- Teamplayer and communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, and able to work with cross-functional teams is necessary
- Embodies our key company values: We are looking for team members who are humble, hungry, and mission-driven
