Job Responsibilities
- - Provide first-level technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
- - Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- - Assist in setting up user accounts, email accounts, and system access
- - Troubleshoot system and network problems in a timely manner
- - Maintain IT inventory and equipment records
- - Perform regular system updates and backups
- - Assist in maintaining servers and network infrastructure
- - Document technical procedures and solutions
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- - 1 year of experience in an IT support role (preferred but not required)
- - Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- - Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals
- - Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- - Good communication and interpersonal skills
