Warehouse and Deployment Manager  

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Management – Oversee logistics operations, delivery schedules, transportation, manpower, and deployment efficiency.
• Inventory Management – Ensure accurate inventory control, proper storage, stock monitoring, and timely issuance, transfer, and return of materials and equipment.
• Project Deployment & Warehouse Oversight – Manage project deployment activities and ensure efficient warehouse operations, organization, safety, and compliance.
• Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination – Plan and coordinate closely with Account Management, Production, Fabrication, Merchandising, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to requirements.
• Manpower & Resource Management – Optimize manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Project Monitoring – Track deployment progress, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project timelines and requirements.
• Process Improvement – Develop and implement systems and best practices to improve warehouse accuracy, logistics efficiency, resource utilization, and deployment performance.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of a bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, deployment, or operations management, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong experience in inventory management, logistics planning, project deployment, and resource coordination.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets; experience in project-based, events, production, fabrication, or merchandising environments is an advantage.
