Technical Director | Events & Activations  

Pre-Production:

• Collaborate with production and creative teams to understand the vision and objectives of the event.
• Develop the technical plan and rider, including equipment specifications, system design for pitches and projects for execution.
• Oversee the procurement and deployment of technical equipment and personnel.
• Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements and identify potential challenges.

Production:

• Coordinate with audio, lighting, and staging operators to ensure synchronized execution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions in real-time.
• Maintain clear communication with all team members and stakeholders.

Post-Production:

• Supervise the strike and pack-up of equipment.
• Conduct post-event debriefs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of internal technical equipment or assets.
