- Mengelola aset (pembiayaan yang disalurkan kepada debitur)
- Mengelola tim penagihan di Cabang
- Menjalin hubungan dengan pihak ketiga
- Mengimplementasikan rencana kerja Asset Management yang telah ditetapkan oleh Asset Management
- Melakukan monitoring terhadap pencapaian target secara daily dan monthly dan melakukan identifikasi masalah yang terjadi terhadap pencapaian target
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (lebih disukai dari Jurusan Ekonomi, Hukum, dan MIPA)
- Usia maks, 27 tahun
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excel (Intermediate Level)
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Cabang BFI Finance di seluruh Indonesia
