- Mencari Calon Konsumen yang membutuhkan pembiayaan baik untuk kebutuhan Konsumtif atau pun kebutuhan Produktif (Modal Usaha) dengan jaminan BPKB Motor, bisa cari konsumen langsung dengan flyering, door to door, atau dengan rekrut BA (Business Agent,) atau pihak ketiga yang bisa mempermudah menghubungkan dengan calon konsumen.
- Melakukan rekrut business agent (BA) untuk pengembangan jaringan sesuai dengan profil yang tepat
- Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan BA, sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas BA yang sudah direkrut untuk menghasilkan BA Produktif
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Lulusan D3/S1 Semua Jurusan
- Fresh Graduated/Berpengalaman
- Target Oriented
- Memiliki Sim C/A
- Memiliki Kendaraan sendiri
- Komunikasi baik, senang bergaul dan supel
