- Melakukan proses Rekrutmen karyawan
- Area coverage sampai dengan 4 - 5 cabang.
- Melalukan koordinasi dengan stakeholder di cabang terkait kualifikasi kandidat yang dibutuhkan.
- Monitor pelaksanaan Basic Course karyawan baru
- Menjaga & memperluas relasi ke eksternal terkait ketenagakerjaan
- Membuat laporan hasil kinerja & planing kerja harian, mingguan dan bulanan
- Mengidentifikasi masalah & mencari cara/solusi untuk perbaikan kendala rekrutmen & minimalisir Turn Over di cabang (PICA)
