The Quotation Specialist owns the numbers behind every proposal we send. You'll take a project brief — floor plans, material choices, scope of work — and turn it into a client-ready quote.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–4 years' experience in estimating, quantity surveying, quoting, or cost control — ideally in interior design, fit-out, construction, or a related project-based industry is a plus
- Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design background is a plus
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills;
- Ability to read floor plans, material specs, and scope-of-work documents.
- Sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable working directly with vendors and subcontractors to get accurate, current pricing.
- Organized and self-directed — able to manage multiple quotes in motion at once, each at a different stage.
