Job Description:
- Handle finance-related activities
- Create company expense and sales reports.
- Bookkeeping for all divisions of the company.
- Streamline collection efforts
- Prepare Form 2307s
- Compile payables for the month.
- Conduct Countering and Collection (fieldwork) as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
- Experience with Xero and QuickBooks is preferred
- Willing to do fieldwork as needed (for Collections and Countering)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bookkeeping
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City, on a hybrid setup: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work.
