IT Support & Operations  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Manage and maintain computers, peripherals, applications, user accounts, and IT equipment.
• Monitor IT systems and assist in maintaining network reliability, security, and performance.
• Set up and configure workstations, software, printers, and other IT devices.
• Assist users with technical concerns and guide IT best practices.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and documentation.
• Support IT security measures, access controls, and data protection practices.
• Utilize AI tools to automate tasks, improve workflows, analyze information, and increase operational efficiency.
• Explore and recommend AI-powered solutions that can support business and IT processes.
• Assist with the integration and adoption of new technologies within the organization.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, inventories, procedures, and technical records.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related products, services, and technical issues.
• Provide general IT support across departments and ensure business operations remain technically supported.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration (SME or fast-paced company experience a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows and macOS, common office software, and basic networking.
• Comfort working independently and prioritizing when several things break at once.
• A service mindset — patient, approachable, and able to explain fixes to non-technical colleagues.
• Bonus: familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 admin/Oracle, basic cybersecurity, or e-commerce/retail tech environments.
