Job Description

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Event Coordination Support
  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, meetings, conferences, and special functions.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding event requirements.
  • Prepare event documentation, schedules, and checklists.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative support before, during, and after events.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and sales activity summaries.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure document organization.

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Build positive relationships with corporate clients and event partners.
  • Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and event process.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, event coordination, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of corporate event planning and coordination.
  • Sales and client relationship management experience.
  • Time management and deadline-driven work style.
  • Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
