Senior Operations Manager  

Operations / Warehouse

• Develops and implements operational plans, policies, and strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and short- and long-term business objectives.
• Leads long-range business planning and overall Operations strategy.
• Oversees warehouse operations, efficiency, and performance.
• Acts as approver for warehouse inventory and reconciliation.
• Recommends and drives continuous business and process improvements for Operations and warehouse functions.

Admin / People Management

• Oversees administrative and operations support staff.
• Ensures effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and staff programs.

Visual Merchandising

• Oversees visual merchandising strategies and execution across all retail locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and enhancing in-store presentation.

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in Operations within a retail or FMCG company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with a systematic work approach.
• Demonstrates both charismatic and pragmatic leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willing to provide operational support beyond regular hours when business needs require, including occasional weekends.
