- Create eye-catching visual displays that lead consumers to the store - update and change displays to promote product launches and bestsellers
- Create glorifier displays to better highlight new product launches - produce store displays, signages, labels and planograms
- Organize, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy for all stores
- Oversee and coordinate with suppliers for production of assets
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or related field
- 2 years in visual merchandising, preferably in beauty or retail
- Skilled in creating displays, planograms, glorifiers, and signage
- Creative, detail-oriented, with strong eye for aesthetics
- Proficient in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing store rollouts
- Familiar with retail trends in the Philippines and passionate about beauty
