Minimum Qualifications

Role Purpose

The Telesales Consultant is responsible for generating revenue through outbound sales activity by selling Hubexo’s SaaS product, LeadManager Lite, to small and medium-sized businesses within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect through a range of srouces new opportunities for Hubexo’s LEadManager lite product.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to SME customers within the construction industry
  • Sell LeadManager Lite by clearly communicating product value and customer benefits
  • Achieve individual sales targets and activity KPIs
  • Build rapport and engage decision-makers professionally
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
  • Manage follow-ups to maximise conversion
  • Participate in coaching, training, and Hubexo Academy learning programs
  • Work collaboratively within the sales team and uphold Hubexo values

Experience

  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (telesales, appointment setting, customer service, call centre)
  • B2B, SaaS, or construction industry exposure advantageous but not essential
