Minimum Qualifications
Role Purpose
The Telesales Consultant is responsible for generating revenue through outbound sales activity by selling Hubexo’s SaaS product, LeadManager Lite, to small and medium-sized businesses within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect through a range of srouces new opportunities for Hubexo’s LEadManager lite product.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to SME customers within the construction industry
- Sell LeadManager Lite by clearly communicating product value and customer benefits
- Achieve individual sales targets and activity KPIs
- Build rapport and engage decision-makers professionally
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
- Manage follow-ups to maximise conversion
- Participate in coaching, training, and Hubexo Academy learning programs
- Work collaboratively within the sales team and uphold Hubexo values
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Confidence engaging customers via phone-based sales

Experience
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (telesales, appointment setting, customer service, call centre)
- B2B, SaaS, or construction industry exposure advantageous but not essential
