The Role: BIM Specialist | BIM Author (Manila)
This isn’t just another technical role. At Hubexo, BIM Specialists shape how digital construction data is created and shared across the world.
You’ll be authoring the digital building blocks of the future—parametric BIM objects used by architects, engineers, and contractors on projects that define skylines. The work is technical, detailed, and challenging. But it’s also rewarding. You’ll gain global exposure, master international standards, and see your work embedded into the design of real-world buildings.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Creating complex parametric BIM objects in Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, and IFC.
- Classifying products to Uniclass, CAWS, MasterFormat and other global systems.
- Demonstrating BIM content to customers—showing how it drives adoption and efficiency.
- Defining IFC Building Smart schemas and applying BIM standards with consistency.
- Sharing expertise on BIM processes, standards, and best practice with colleagues and customers.
- Delivering accuracy and detail under pressure—knowing every object authored will be relied upon globally.

About You
This role isn’t for everyone. To succeed, you’ll need discipline, precision, and the ability to learn fast. “Good enough” won’t cut it—you’ll be expected to meet a global standard.
- Degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ BIM authoring experience, ideally with UK market exposure.
- Strong skills in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (or other BIM platforms).
- Ability to build parametric digital objects with accuracy and speed.
