Job Description

Daily Research Responsibilities:
- Demonstration of BIM content to customers
- Classification of products to Uniclass, CAWS, masterformat and other classification systems.
- Authoring of complex parametric BIM objects in Revit.
- Authoring of IFC content.
- Authoring of ArchiCAD BIM Objects
- Understand and share knowledge on BIM standards
- Defining IFC Building Smart schema.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in a construction-related discipline.
- Ideally with 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- This is a full-time role, and successful candidates will work in a hybrid setup.
- Must be able to start working and undergoing training right away.
- Must be willing to work a day shift (10 AM – 7 PM, Manila Time).
- Prior experience working with the UK market is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and BIM.
- Professional communication (written & verbal)
- Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk AutoCad or other BIM software’s.
- Meticulous & strong attention to detail.
- Ability to create complex parametric Digital Objects.
- Knowledge of a BIM delivery process and information management process.
