Technical Recruiter

At Advanced World Solutions, Inc. (AWS), we are looking for a Technical Recruiter who is not just a recruiter but a talent strategist and brand ambassador. You'll play a critical role in building high-performing teams by connecting exceptional IT professionals (including Nihongo-capable talents) with exciting career opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical roles, team culture, and business needs
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process -from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical capaility and cultural fit
• Build strong pipelines for roles such as Software Develpers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and IT Support
• Drive a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage
• Support offer negotiations and help close top talent in a competitive market
• Track recruitment progress and provide insights using hiring metrics
• Stay ahead of tech and talent trends to continuously improve hiring strategies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• At least 2 years experience in Technical/IT Recruitment
• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search referrals, etc.)
• Experience in handling multiple requisitions ina a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience recruiting Nihongo-speaking candidates is an advantage
