ROLE: Customer Service Specialist

What you’ll do:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries across our eCommerce channels, including Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada.
- Manage customer interactions on our social media pages, particularly Facebook.
- Handle incoming emails and provide clear, helpful responses to customer questions.
- Take phone calls from customers, offering guidance and solutions regarding our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a seamless customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Tech-savvy individuals comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Approachable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- A proactive problem solver who can maintain composure under pressure.
Bonus points:
- Prior experience in eCommerce customer service.
- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok commerce platforms.
- Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries while maintaining quality service.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate; College level or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Comfortable using computers and digital platforms (email, chat systems, social media, eCommerce dashboards)
- Basic typing skills and ability to handle multiple chats or inquiries at the same time
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism
- Able to stay calm and solution-focused when handling complaints
- Willing to learn product knowledge and company service standards
- Willing to work full-time on-site and on shifting schedules if required
