Job Description

The Sales Operations Personnel plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day sales activities within a hardware environment. This position is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders for construction materials and hardware supplies, coordinating with sales agents, and ensuring accurate inventory allocation across multiple warehouse locations. The role contributes directly to efficient order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with walk-in inquiries and phone calls regarding hardware products, pricing, and availability
  • Accurately process sales orders and generate invoices in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Sales Agents on customer requirements, quotations, and order updates
  • Work closely with warehouse teams (Manila and Quezon City) to monitor stock levels of hardware items
  • Check product availability including construction materials, tools, and equipment across multiple warehouses
  • Determine the most efficient warehouse source for order fulfillment
  • Allocate stocks to customers based on availability and urgency of requirements
  • Ensure proper coordination for timely delivery or customer pick-up
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory movement, and order status
  • Support overall sales operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in hardware, construction supply, or building materials industry is an advantage
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail, especially in order processing and invoicing
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in sales operations, inventory, or logistics is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar systems
