We are seeking a highly capable finance professional to join my team and take ownership of the month-end close and reporting process across 15 investment entities. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end close process for 15 entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packs tailored to various stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve efficiency
- Present financial results and insights to non-financial stakeholders, translating data into clear narratives
- Support audit and compliance processes as required
Minimum Qualifications
Key Requirements / Attributes:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and automation
- Strong background in financial reporting and stakeholder communication
- Proven ability to interpret and present financial data to non-finance audiences
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience with investment entities or funds (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in Excel and Xero
