Job Description
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services
- Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you
- Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise
- Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer
- Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
- Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
- Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
Minimum Qualifications
As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships while contributing to the company's growth and success. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data entry
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic and evolving industry
- Open to working night shift and weekends i.e. Thursday to Monday from 12am to 9am
