Channel Management Project Hire  

Role Summary
In ATRAM Wealth, increasing the scale and productivity of Independent Wealth Consultants is an essential strategy in enabling the business unit to achieve its AUM growth targets sustainably at a cost-efficient way over the long term.

The IWC Channel Management is the one responsible in making sure the business unit have a healthy supply of new Independent Wealth Consultants to partner with the wealth managers while also providing the right structures in empowering them to be productive contributors.

A Project Hire is needed to support the Channel Management Head in some administrative functions related to consolidating, organizing IWC files as well as updating MIS data and other ad hoc duties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the collation and organization of onboarding documents and post-onboarding requirements of the IWCs
• Help create tracker for IWC deliverables.
• Communicate issues and opportunities for improvement
• Performs other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the IWC Channel Management Head

• Relevant educational qualifications, preferably a university degree in business, MIS or finance-related courses.
• No work experience required but an advantage if have done internships with companies which required the creation or updates of business documents, execution and improvement of operations processes towards automation.
• Experience in sales is an advantage.
• Self-started and a big-picture thinker
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is a plus.
• Has a proven high level of integrity
• Able to multitask and take initiative. Takes direction well and can work with minimal supervision.
• Values being dependable and responsible for others.
