Ateneo de Manila University is looking for a CRM & Data Analyst for Alumni and Donor Engagement who will help strengthen how the University manages relationships with its alumni, donors, and partners through data, systems, and technology-enabled processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of CRM systems, data management, reporting, dashboards, process improvement, and stakeholder support. You will be part of the Office of University Development and Alumni Affairs, where your work will directly support meaningful engagement, fundraising, alumni relations, and development initiatives for the University.

What You’ll Do:
As the CRM & Data Analyst, you will help maintain, improve, and maximize the use of the office’s CRM system. Your work will support more organized, data-informed, and effective engagement with alumni, donors, and partner organizations.
Your responsibilities will include:
CRM System Administration and Maintenance:
- Maintain and monitor the CRM database to ensure data accuracy, functionality, security, and reliability.
- Help configure CRM modules, workflows, and processes based on operational and reporting needs.
- Coordinate with internal University offices, system providers, and data privacy stakeholders on CRM updates, integrations, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
- Support CRM enhancement, customization, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to make CRM-supported workflows more efficient and user-friendly.
Data Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards:
- Generate CRM reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support alumni and donor engagement strategies.
- Analyze donor behavior, engagement trends, campaign performance, and other CRM-based insights.
- Consolidate and interpret data across teams to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Monitor CRM data quality and recommend improvements to support data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper handling of alumni and donor data in line with data privacy requirements and University guidelines.
User Support and Training:
- Provide CRM user support to staff and authorized users in coordination with the system provider.
- Assist in troubleshooting CRM-related concerns and documenting recurring issues or solutions.
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Help conduct or coordinate CRM training sessions to promote consistent and effective system use.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work with teams involved in advancement, alumni formation, donor relations, communications, and data systems.
- Support segmented audience lists, campaign monitoring, event tracking, and follow-up analytics using CRM data.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure CRM processes are useful, accurate, and aligned with the office’s goals.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in any of the following:
- CRM administration
- CRM support
- Data management
- Data analytics
- Reporting and dashboards
- Marketing operations
- Database management
- Donor, alumni, or stakeholder management systems
Relevant Experience:
- Experience with any of the following is highly preferred:
- CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools
- CRM configuration, workflows, automation, segmentation, or data integration
- Dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization
- Data cleaning, validation, and database management
- User training, documentation, and technical support
- Higher education, nonprofit, fundraising, advancement, donor relations, or alumni relations settings
