The MED conceptualizes the entire visual image for exhibitions, public programs, and promotional materials (print/social media) under the supervision of the Chief Curator.
-
Creates the Design Brief: Develops the central look (color, typeface, graphic elements) that perfectly reflects the exhibition's content and curatorial framework.
-
Physical Layout: Designs the exhibit space, including the flow, layout, signage, and display systems (pedestals, vitrines), keeping accessibility and visitor experience in mind.
-
Policy: Reviews and updates the museum's overall design policy.
Implementation and Production Management
- This designer is responsible for turning the approved vision into reality, managing quality and logistics.
- Translates Design: Applies the design brief to all elements: wall notes, title boards, invitations, catalogs, posters, and graphics.

- Documentation: Compiles all necessary specifications and timetables for the Purchasing Office (for hiring vendors).
