- SEO, AEO & GEO Strategy: Execute end-to-end SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to drive organic visibility, high-intent traffic, and conversions.
- AEO & GEO Experimentation: Research, test, and develop new approaches to understand how search engines, LLMs, and AI-powered platforms discover, interpret, and surface brand and product information.
- On-Page & Information Architecture: Optimize website content, product pages, internal linking, structured data, and information architecture to improve crawlability and search visibility.
- Technical SEO: Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, indexing, rendering, page speed, mobile performance, and canonicalization.
- Keyword & Search Intent Research: Analyze search behavior, keywords, and user intent across traditional search and AI-powered search to identify content and growth opportunities.
- Content & Entity Optimization: Collaborate with Content, Brand, Social Media, Merchandising, Category Marketing, and Creative teams to optimize content structure, relevance, and entity visibility.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor organic traffic, rankings, index health, search visibility, and AI search presence, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, CRM, Digital Ads, Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Brand, Social Media, and Data teams to drive organic search growth and business impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, including technical, on-page, and content optimization.
- Experience or hands-on experimentation in AI Search, AEO, or GEO.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, website crawlability, basic HTML and CSS, structured data, and index management.
- Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Experience using AI and LLM tools for SEO research, content optimization, semantic analysis, or reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn search data into actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate SEO and AI Search concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Data, BI, Product, or Engineering teams is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce, quick-commerce, retail, or consumer-facing businesses is a plus.
