Job Decription
- Assist Members regarding the process, collections, adjustments and refunds.
- Responsible for maintaining the reports, monitoring the assigned member.
- Responsible for member calls and emails for customer reconciliations and credit.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any equivalent business Course
- Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications (excel, word )
- Good communication skills (verbal and Written)
- Willing to work in longer hours
- Preferably residing in Pasig or Mandaluyong
