- Maintain quality and consistency levels of production and presentation in Baking different kinds of Bread
- Monitors inventory, ordering and checks quality of baking ingredients
- Maintain and set sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards in work areas
- Develop, implement, and execute all pastry and bakery menus for all culinary area
- Performed other related that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-Year Course in Culinary Arts or its equivalent
- With at least 1 year work related experience as a Baker
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizing skills
- Can start immediately
