This role will be trained to oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are met while supporting continuous improvement, people management, health and safety compliance, performance monitoring, and projects that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Engineering course.
- Fresh graduates are preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrates strong leadership potential, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel to different office locations and work extended hours as needed.a
