Regional Finance Head  

Ensures sales offices compliance on daily closing of SOAS, Book of Original Entries, Balance Sheet, and Reconciliation Statement, while keeping Subsidiaries and Schedules updated. Provides regional exception reports, tracks expenses versus budget, and manages Profit Leaks Control regarding inventory differences, defalcations, salesman’s variance, bad stocks, and overdue accounts. Ensures compliance on optimal cash balance in sales offices, monitors cash deposits, bank reconciliations, remittance to Head Office, AR aging, collection efficiency, physical inventory counts, daily closing, and cash treasury/stocks settlement. Ensures implementation of system updates at the SO level, monitors the cascade of internal controls, policies, and procedures, recommends system improvements, trains finance personnel, ensures actual manning matches plantilla, attends business reviews, and provides regional financial operations service and project updates.

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Accounting, or any related course.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Audit.
• Must be highly analytical and keen to details.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willing to travel nationwide.
