Occupational Health and Safety Nurse  

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to support the health, safety, and well-being of our employees in the workplace.

The Occupational Health & Safety Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing and first-aid support, assisting with employee health and wellness initiatives, supporting workplace health and safety programs, and maintaining accurate health-related records.

As part of the role, the successful candidate will also provide front-office and administrative support, including assisting employees, visitors, applicants, and guests and handling basic reception and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Health & Nursing Support


• Provide first aid and basic nursing care to employees.
• Conduct basic health assessments and respond appropriately to employee health concerns.
• Perform IV Therapy procedures, including insertion, monitoring, and discontinuation of intravenous lines, in accordance with company protocols and nursing standards.
• Monitor employee health conditions and provide appropriate initial assistance.
• Coordinate medical referrals and hospital assistance when necessary.
• Maintain confidential and accurate employee medical records.
• Monitor and follow up on laboratory results, fit-to-work certificates, and medical clearances.
• Maintain and monitor medical supplies and equipment.
• Assist in health-related concerns and employee wellness activities.

2. Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness

• Assist in implementing workplace health and wellness programs.
• Support occupational health and safety initiatives.
• Assist in identifying and reporting workplace health and safety concerns.
• Conduct or assist with workplace health and safety inspections.
• Coordinate with HR and the Safety Officer on employee health and safety matters.
• Support health awareness campaigns, seminars, and wellness activities.
• Monitor workplace sanitation and basic health and safety practices.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.


3. Front Office & Administrative Support


• Greet and assist employees, visitors, applicants, and guests professionally.
• Direct visitors and guests to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide front-office support as part of daily workplace operations.
• Answer phone calls and assist with basic inquiries.
• Receive deliveries and coordinate them with the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception/front-office area.
• Assist with filing, data entry, document processing, photocopying, and scanning.
• Maintain organized health-related and administrative records.
• Provide related administrative support to HR and other departments when necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Active PRC Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of Company Nurse or relevant nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of IV Therapy experience.
• IV Therapy (IVT) Certification is preferred.
• BOSH Certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative documentation.
• Able to work independently and respond appropriately to workplace health concerns.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Makati City.
