Technical Services Associate  

Essential Job Functions: 

1. Create written documentation and procedures for application testing and compliance.
2. Perform extensive destructive test to challenge the specification of the packaging.
3. Collaborate with team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements to deal with issues/defects in a timely manner.
4. Create operation manuals and training materials that outline operation processes
5. Discussing the CAPA and pushing for recommendations to Suppliers, Management and stakeholders in acceptance of standards.

Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must be a graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science or any related course from a reputable university/college;
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control; Open to Fresh Graduates
• Knowledgeable in FDA registration guidelines and regulations. Basic knowledge in FDA cosmetic regulations for local and export set up is an advantage;
• Must be thorough and systematic. Comfortable in collaborating with different groups.
