What you'll do;

• Maintain client and designer relationships through thoughtful in-person and digital interactions; support lead generation and pipeline development
  
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives: showroom activities, social media content, promotional campaigns, and market research
  
• Coordinate between suppliers, project teams, and internal departments to ensure project timelines and client requirements are met
  
• Maintain organized records across client databases, supplier information, and project files
  
• Support the preparation of sales and operational reports

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site at Albero HQ in Angeles City, Pampanga.
• Previous internship, organizational involvement, or project experience in sales, marketing, or administration is an advantage but not required.
