Senior Architect  

- Lead architectural projects through all phases, from conceptual design to construction administration.

- Develop design concepts, presentations, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

- Review and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

- Conduct site visits, oversee construction progress, and address technical issues as they arise.

- Prepare and deliver client presentations, design proposals, and project reports.

- Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of design excellence and documentation.

- Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

- Licensed Architect (required).

- Minimum of 5–10 years of professional architectural experience.

- Proven experience managing projects from concept through completion.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.

- Skilled in SketchUp/Revit/CAD.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
