• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Develop design strategies that respond to landscape, climate, and local context.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, consultants, and clients.
• Produce and review architectural drawings, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Guide junior architects and contribute to the growth of the design team.
• Participate in site visits, workshops, and client presentations.
• Help develop systems and standards that improve design quality across the practice.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
2. Licensed Architect (required).
3. Minimum of 5–10 years of professional architectural experience.
4. Proven experience managing projects from concept through completion.
5. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
6. Skilled in SketchUp/Revit/CAD
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
