About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee our accounting operations. This role involves managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supervising a team to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.

2. Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

3. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

4. Supervise and support accounting staff, providing guidance on financial procedures.

5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audits.

6. Implement financial controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.

7. Collaborate with management to support financial planning and budgeting.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.

✔ Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.

✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.

✔ Experience in accounting software.

✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA or equivalent certification.

Experience in Architecture, Design and Construction industry, if applicable.

Familiarity with local tax laws and compliance.
