Job Description

About the role:

- We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Strategist for Aga Mos Marketing to help shape, coordinate, and move forward a growing portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle, architecture, and cultural brands in the Philippines.

- This is a senior cross-functional role that works closely with founders, creative teams, collaborators, and operational departments to align strategy with execution across campaigns, launches, partnerships, activations, and long-term brand development.

- The role sits between vision and execution. While not expected to personally produce creative work, the Brand & Marketing Strategist is expected to maintain momentum, accountability, visibility, and commercial clarity across active initiatives.

Tao Philippines — premium island expeditions and hospitality experiences

Taran — destination-driven hospitality, wellness, movement, and food experiences

Aga Mos Eco Development — sustainable architecture, design-build, and experiential spaces

Studio Baryotic — a Makati-based creative, culinary, and cultural events platform

- This is a founder-led environment that moves quickly and values initiative, strategic thinking, cultural awareness, and strong follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Direction & Executive Alignment - Work closely with founders and leadership to understand business priorities, commercial objectives, and long-term brand direction.

2. Strategic Execution & Cross-Department Coordination - Help move projects and initiatives forward across multiple brands and departments.

3. Campaign Strategy & Marketing Planning - Develop strategic marketing and campaign plans aligned with wider business objectives.

4. Brand Positioning & Architecture - Help define and maintain clear positioning across multiple brands, experiences, and initiatives.

5. Creative Direction Support - Work closely with the Creative Director and creative team by providing strategic direction, campaign objectives, messaging priorities, and actionable briefs.

6. Client Discovery & Brief Development - Lead discovery and briefing sessions with collaborators, partners, clients, or internal stakeholders when needed.

7. Account & Stakeholder Management - Act as a key coordination point across founders, departments, collaborators, external partners, and selected client accounts.

8. Proposal, Commercial & Project Coordination - Assist in preparing proposals, project presentations, scopes, strategic decks, and supporting documents required to move projects and partnerships forward.

9. SEO, Audience Growth & Organic Discovery - Support long-term audience growth through strategic content direction, partnerships, organic discovery initiatives, and SEO planning.

10. Performance Reporting & Strategic Insights - Track and report on campaign and marketing performance across active initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • 5+ years experience in brand strategy, marketing, account management, campaign leadership, or related fields
  • Experience working across multiple brands or projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and briefing skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving founder-led environments
  • Able to balance creative ambition with commercial objectives
  • Strong follow-through and accountability
  • Able to identify problems early and help maintain momentum across projects

Desirable

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, wellness, architecture, food & beverage, or cultural brands
  • Experience with launches, activations, partnerships, or experiential marketing
  • Familiarity with SEO, audience growth, and content ecosystems
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or production environments
  • Southeast Asia or international market exposure
